How many code reviews have the owner a reviewer themselves? #144

Write a query in rake run:stats that gives that count.

If it's more than a dozen or so, let's plan on removing those from the Reviewers parsing routine so our reviewer counts add up.

Last night's build put it at 5,429 code reviews where the owner was also marked as a reviewer. That's enough for me to have the check in the parser.
