Add GoogleDoc data to #51

Once #51 is done, let's add in our manual GoogleDoc data that gets parsed from a CSV download of the GoogleDoc.

We need to do some manipulation of the data to fit our analysis - so this task is a little bit more than just loading.

Looks like this:

Email ID	Responses	Respondents	Examining a VCC?	Security?	Broad/Specific?	(columns keep going)

The columns that I want are:

• Responses
• Respondents
• Pre-commit?
• Broad/Specific
• Security? Yes/No - just an OR of CVE or Security
• CVESecurity? Yes/No
• GeneralSecurity? Yes/No
