Add web interface #6

Allow a web interface to manage jobs and spring configuration files. Should also allow the manipulation of generated files to allow extra files to be added from different locations

Gonna use grails for this to allow easy manipulation of spring XML files. You should be able to schedule them and run , and view the generated podcast...preview of images... Allow for multiple settings again!
