What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install latest version of corporateaddressbook from the Play store
2. Try and set up google apps hosted account according to instructions at
http://code.google.com/p/corporateaddressbook/wiki/GoogleApps

What version of Exchange are you connecting to?
Google apps hosted at my private domain. I also have per-application passwords
set up.
Please provide any additional information below.
Just as it says above... I don't get any more error information to give you. I
had a look at Google's Exchange documentation for setting up iPhones via their
Exchange handler, and it basically mirrored your own... it was explicit that I
should be using an application-specific password, but that's it.
