Has any progress been made on this?

More info for you:
My LG G2 was doing the same thing as above, however, I was able to adjust the
aspect ratio--and limit that adjustment to this particular app only--to
resolve. I do not see an option like that on the Galaxy S4.

For the LG G2 the setting is located at:
Settings-->Display-->Aspect Ratio Correction (At the bottom)-->Check the box
for Corporate Address Book. This resolves it when you close/reopen the app.

Update. I'm not sure if changes were made but it is now working for me.
Here's what I noticed/did:
-I originally loaded the app from the Amazon App Store (Same App, same
developer)
- Today I uninstalled the app from a Samsung Galaxy S4 that was loaded from the
Amazon App Store.
- Went to Google Play Store, found and loaded the exact same app.
- Not only does the App icon look different but the layout (color scheme, font,
etc.) was also different. It worked!

If you have not performed any updates then you should alert people to download
from the Google Play Store only. . . .at least if dealing with the Galaxy S4.
