For my purposes it would be sufficient to have a copy of the app that runs with 
different settings. I could then select the exchange server I want to query by 
starting the correct app (different color icons may be helpful). Maybe this is 
a workaround that can be facilitated quickly!?

Hi Daniel

Thank you for your message. I do think I can create a quick app for you so you 
can install two instances on your phone. However since this is a feature I 
would like to add, I think it might be better for me to add this feature in the 
right way. So please hang on for another week, and I should have this done.

This will be a part of the next major release. No ETA at this point but we are 
actively working on it.

Huh, I would love to have this implemented as well. I do need to work with 
multiple exchange accounts and I would love to have all their GAL's handy all 
the time.

The latest download (2.1.0-dev) contains support for multiple accounts. You're 
more than welcome to try it out as we need some feedback on that functionality.
