Shouldn't force "\" to be in the username field for Google Apps. #51

corporateaddressbook supports Google Apps GAL via Active Sync. However the 
username field requires a "\". This is confusing as Google Apps are just an 
email address and do not have a domain. Something like

\myemail@googleappdomain.com works fine.

But this may not be apparent to new users.

Thank you for your feedback. I think this is an excellent suggestion. I will 
work on making the DOMAIN name and \ optional in the upcoming release.
