Feature: Separate channels for random HSV per mesh island #17

Request from Blender Artists thread. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Done. Can now randomise individual channels more easily, with min, max support for the random value. This works a bit differently to the old random colour per island command, so I left the old one in too.
