The license is GPL v2, the same as Blender itself. https://www.blender.org/about/license/
I will make this clearer next time I update the addon. I haven't updated since Blender 2.80 was released, but due to some serious issues now, I'm planning to release a new build soonish and I will make the license more obvious.
