Bring up application. The Twitter Account screen is initially displayed. If
the user does not enter a login id and/or password, but instead presses
"Cancel" button at the top left of the navigation bar, the login screen is
dismissed and the Tweetero Home screen is displayed with a message that
indicates it is attempting to load tweets. But nothing gets loaded because
the user did not provide login info. Other screens also display a
"Loading..." message as well.
Instead of allowing user to simply cancel the login, the application should
alert the user that doing so will prevent data from being loaded. They
should not be allowed to navigate to any screens that require loaded data.
