"invalid distance too far back" error (intermittent) #1

This error happens intermittently when requesting a zip file (happens about 50% of the time). Initial googling doesn't turn up much, but my guess is it has to do with my server configuration, maybe not allowing the zipped file contents to all be piped through in memory? I'm new to streams so....

Tried a few different zlib option changes: 6ded65a84a912698f86a4b21688b5185108b6c71 ce1fc075861b6c8408654342f107554c48473c5b
