Stata update v1.0.6 now available. Allows for the use of [if] and [in] statements to restrict a sample size. Easiest way to install:

cap ado uninstall dynamac cap ado uninstall dynardl cap ado uninstall pssbounds net install dynamac, from(https://github.com/andyphilips/dynamac/raw/gh-pages/Stata/src/)
