Payment Response URL #7

Hi,

Could you please advise what should be added in the Payment Response URL in the worldpay's settings for success message.

The one which is in the plugin was integrated but i couldn't get back to my site

Go into the admin in WordPress and go to Events -> Payment Gateways and then click on the WorldPay settings link. Scroll down and you should see a section WorldPay Options. The first text under here should display your payment response url which you need to copy into the WorldPay settings.

Please let me know how you get on.

Thanks for that.

Manual approval checkbox is unchecked but still the bookings are approved only if we manually approve it.

Do you see any errors in your PHP log? Can you see the request coming in from your webserver access log?

I haven't used this plugin for some time, so I'll see if I can get some WorldPay test account credentials and give it a test to ensure it all still works with up to date WordPress and Events Manager installs.

Hi,

Questions from the other day still apply. Those should help us understand why its not working:

Do you see any errors in your PHP log? Can you see the request coming in from your webserver access log?

I've set up a sandbox account, so I'll see if I can test locally this week.
