Problem processing payment #8

The following error is thrown when connecting to WorldPay:

The information sent from the merchant's site is invalid or incomplete. Please send the following information to the merchant: The transaction cannot be processed for one or more of the following reasons:

The installation ID field is blank or contains invalid characters. A different submission protocol is required. For instance, a more secure submission may be required. The installation number is invalid.

First raised by @418Design via the Events Manager forums, and I can replicate the problem.

PCI changes in April 2018: From 30 April 2018, we will withdraw support for some of the encryption methods used to securely send and receive card details over the internet. These changes may affect you if you use our Virtual Terminal, Hosted Call Centre, or capture your customers’ details on your own payment pages.

We’re also withdrawing some of our legacy URLs: rbsworldpay.com, bibit.com, ims.worldpay.com, and streamline-esolutions.com by the end of April this year.

Hopefully a reasonably easy fix.
