genotype format #71

Hi

Using version 0.8.1 of Platypus, I encountered some genotypes encoded at 1/0 rather than 0/1. I found no relationship with phasing whatsoever. Sometimes I even find both formats for one same variant.

Is this intentional? If so, how shall it be interpreted?
