When trying to run Platypus, even on small simple test data, I always get either segmentation fault or corrupted output (a vcf-file where the header is truncated, indicating that Platypus crashes at some points). Nothing in the log messages indicate errors. It could be that I am not using Platypus correctly, or that I haven't installed it properly. Thus, I'm wondering if you have any test cases that could be used to verify that the installation works? I see there are some data in the test folder, but it would be nice with some exact commands that I could use testing with this or other data to verify that Platypus works as it should.
