Avoid unexpected index refreshes #11

get_iplayer caches indexes for 4 hours by default, after this period you will suddenly see an unexpected really slow command while it updates.

Might be better to set the refresh to a much longer period and have a manual button for refresh...

After discussion with Hayley, preferred solution is to disable automatic refreshing and add a refresh button to the sidebar. Because this will mean a lot of programs may expire, there needs to be a very visible note on any expired programmes info. I propose either populating then disabling expired programmes info, or just disabling it as blank, then stamping EXPIRED diagonally across the display.
