Better sizing for panes #18

Recording list and programme information currently appear and disappear at will. It's very annoying. Suggest always showing recordings (rename the name column to recordings to make it obvious why it's there.

Otherwise make sure one can't appear and make the other vanish, and that they don't take up a huge amount of space when they are created. Be sensible.
