Configurable executable paths #4

Need the path to get_iplayer, flvstreamer and rtmpdump to be configurable. Should default to the results of which <progname>

Done for get_iplayer, flvstreamer and ffmpeg. Don't think rtmpdump will be used from get_iplayer...at least I cannot set the executable path.
