Ability to hide certain stream types #53

RTSP does not work for me. I don't want to see it appear in the dropdowns until I have installed the necessary software.

Either: Add configuration so that for video I can choose to see or not see flash or rtsp (and equivalent for audio) Or: Work out what software is needed for each stream type and hide them unless the software is available.
