Duplicate treatments #159

I'm getting a lot of duplicate treatments lately.

I opened the calculater wizard, entered 20 carbs, checked super bolus, OK.

Now when I go to treatments I see duplicate entries, one Minute apart. One is a meal entry the other is a correction entry.

Another duplicate, now one comes in as SMB and the next as corr, also 1 minute apart.

I'm also getting duplicate entries. I'm attaching screenshots and log files from one event, but have more if required.

Did you get any warning that time could not be set on pump?

Your scenario is different than in this ticket, please open separate ticket...

I did some changes today in #2100 on AndroidAPS project, can you please build from that branch, https://github.com/andyrozman/AndroidAPS/tree/mdt_bug_2100_boluses_not_there

It won't fix the problem, but I added some more debuging info there, which can help us with determining what is wrong here...
