Upgrade to Vuetify 2 #26

We should upgrade Vuetify to 2.0+. There are some breaking changes so this may require significant effort.

I started the upgrade, but it seems like it's going to much more disruptive than I originally thought. Let's table this till the offseason. Vuetify 2 also appears slightly unstable. Giving it a few months to work it's kinks out might be beneficial.
