Configuration for SecurityWrapper #70

Need to add the ability for the SecurityWrapper Filter to be configured.

Also the SecurityWrapper is not clearing the currentRequest and
currentResponse ThreadLocal's which can result in Session Hijacking/Loss
and Request Merging
