change CipherText to a concrete class and remove the
org.owasp.esapi.reference.DefaultCipherText class.
In addition, implement custom serialization that is independent of Java so
that other ESAPI language implementations can restore original plain text
data from serialized CipherText objects.
Lastly, also change JUnit tests as appropriate.
