javadoc correction for PreparedString

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View JavaDoc for org.owasp.esapi.PreparedString

What is the expected output? 

As per OracleCodec javadoc, oracle parameters should be single quoted:

PreparedString query = new PreparedString( "SELECT * FROM users WHERE 
name='?' AND password='?'", new OracleCodec() );

What do you see instead?

PreparedString query = new PreparedString( "SELECT * FROM users WHERE 
name=? AND password=?", new OracleCodec() );
