I've updated puppet to 3.7.2, plus updated the related hiera, facter, aws-sdk, fog and ruby packages to the latest versions.

I've updated the pull request with upgrade of puppet to 3.7.3 version, plus added automatic provisioning of all necessary packages for a successful "fpm-cook" run on CentOS 6.6 and Ubuntu 12.04.
