Arduino ERW 1.0.5 Serial Monitor opens after upload but just displays a blank
window, until I hit Reset in that Serial Monitor Window and then only a small
amount of text is displayed each time that Reset is pressed.
This is not a complaint but hopes to help improve.

The same sketch works in the Serial Monitor Window with the standard Arduino
1.0.5 using Ctrl+Shift+M to open the serial monitor..
