Skip testing of archives with recovery record before extraction #376

What should be implemented?
Always add '-tp0' option when extracting/opening a file from archive.

Why it will be useful?
The unrequested testing operation adds ~10 minutes to each file extraction time 
from ~5GB archive if its contains a recovery record.
