Bonjour Printer Sharing doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect USB printer
2. Enable printer sharing
3. No other printers in the network can see the printer, bonjour printer 
sharing is not working 
properly.  If I try this on any of my other snow leopard machines, everything 
works perfectly.

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To find the share printer on my other macbooks

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC2, snow leopard

Please provide any additional information below.

I was able to find more info on this topic.
Apparently the ethernet driver needs to support "promiscuous mode" for Bonjour 
to work.
