Windows 10 release? #25

Could you provide a windows 10 release or include some instructions to compile with MSVC?

This app looks super-useful. I look forward to using it.

Hi @bnemetchek , I have upload a installer for win10 in v1.0.0 release. Please check it out.

你好，我觉得那个vcpkg下载opencv，会download failed。我是用的cmake-gui，修改了cmakelists.txt里的opencv路径，配置好了vs，得到了.sln文件，再生成就OK了，还需要修改下opencv_world.lib，一般下的opencv里的是带版本号的。 想请教下作者，这个取外包围轮廓是用的啥算法呀，分水岭吗，还有具体的算法是在哪个文件，谢谢啦。

@DCC-lzhy 謝謝你的回報 我有空時 refactor Cmakelists並移除vcpkg dependency好了 這是用Grabcut實現的
