Start button not visible on my Nexus 7 tablet in landscape mode. #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The settings, and configure touch input screen does not work because the 
start button is already below the picture so you are unable to grab it and move 
it higher to where it would be visable during gameplay.
