Query API has changed significantly and the notebook fails #6

I am seeing different expected parameters to create for queries API. https://databricks-sdk-py.readthedocs.io/en/latest/workspace/sql/queries.html

@andyweaves @alexott. I believe I've successfully updated the functions.py to work with the new alerts and query APIs, however, I can't contribute to this repository & have a second pair of eyes on my work. Let me know how you want me to contribute and or get the changes in to you.
