As suggested by @pietro909 at https://github.com/andywer/threads-plugin/commit/ee06554dbc2d67ce294e134e81873b7a19b8c178#r34052125.

[ ] Document babel preset react-app: Nothing to be done, all fine
[ ] Stress that you need to import Worker from threads, not use the global Worker!
[ ] Better message for No instantiations of threads.js workers found error
