Set NodeJS version for Travis strictly to 6.11.5 #301

Webpack 4 has a requirement of a minimum Node version of 6.11.5. Let's set it as well just to be sure...

Huh, our dev dependencies are too modern for this shit ⚰️ Let's keep it as it is then, the code should work anyway.
