Introduce Triangulator<T2>. T2 stands for 2D coordinates: float2, double2, int2. Currently, implementation is only for T2 = float2.
Breaking change: Move most of the inner types (e.g., Status, TriangulatorSettings, etc.) to the global namespace. They can now be accessed directly using using andywiecko.BurstTriangulator;.
