Section content as sub sections as opposed to bolded paragraph. #2

First, really neat solution you have put together. Came across it by chance while I was actively using ChatGPT to achieve similar (just in a much more manual fashion).

Now, I would like to see if section content could be treated as sub sections/pages instead of just bolded paragraphs. Example

For example, currently I get:

# Course title

## Section title

**Subsection 1 title**

Whatever content...

**Subsection 2 title**

Whatever content...

### Quiz

While I would like:

# Course title

## Section title

### Subsection 1 title

Whatever content...

### Subsection 2 title

Whatever content...

### Quiz

That is certainly very possible and even can be a setting.
