The intention of this PR is to resolve #8, raised by the JOSS reviewers @vankestern and @matt-graham, chiefly regarding the 'Statement of Need' in the JOSS paper. This PR will update the Statement of Need and also the docs in order to better clarify when a user might want to use lintsampler instead of an alternative technique.

Summary of key changes:

Example notebook 1 in docs: added comparison to importance sampling.
Example notebook 2 in docs: added comparison to importance sampling and MCMC.
Rewritten Statement of Need in JOSS paper.
Added 'When to use lintsampler' page to docs.
