The current font is not very good for dyslexic people, an option to enable use of OpenDyslexic could mitigate it for some.

What kind of information are you looking for? OpenDyslexic is a font specifically made for people who are dyslexic and as a result have trouble reading more regular fonts. Check the about page on the website for a detailed explanation.
