Hot spring mat grows above snow piles #3027

Description

Found hot spring bacterial mat floating in midair above a partial snow layer during winter. Hot spring had been discovered previously and there was no bacterial mat floating over the air blocks. Only once winter snow came could the mat spawn.

How to reproduce

  1. Find hot spring.
  2. Dig down into bacterial mat and remove sludgy gravel below it. (Or find one with it already missing.)
  3. Return in winter after snow. Bacterial mat may have reappeared floating over snow layer.

Don't know if it makes a difference, but there was meteoric iron right under the floating snow area.
