Uneven plant growth #3509

Description

I'm getting uneven plant growth. The fields are 12x12, composed of 3x3 units with a water hole in the middle. The field on the right works properly (flax growth stage 7) and was planted a few hours before the one on the left. The field on the left has growth stage 3 - 7. Everything was tilled / planted within a few hours.

All the soil is high fertility soil.

It appears the 1.18 issues were not completely fixed.

The order of filling the water holes may have been different. For the right field, I probably filled the water holes first. For the left field, I may have done the tilling first.

Same behaviour on 1.19.3. All the rye in the picture was planted at the same time Single player, modded, Windows. Can I upload a save? Flax
