It could be a misunderstanding but I was taken back as it occurred, I felt that the right way for the game to work in a situation like this was that even if I died, while in the middle of harvesting, the game would drop the item from my hand near the boar and respawn me with nothing with me, but as it happened the meat was attached to my mouse so as I respawned the meat, instead of being in the boar's body, it dropped on the floor near me as I respawned. if this in the end is not a bug, I send the best regards and have a good morning or night.

I don't understand why this is a bug ... what is the behaviour you would expect? Are you saying it's a duplication exploit, the meat remains harvestable on the carcass as well, so you end up with 2x the amount of meat?

Description
When I was killing a boar and started harvesting, I picked up the meat and died, subsequently, I pressed the respawn button while the item was still grabbed, I respawned and the meet drooped on my floor
