First Person Mode Hands No Longer Visible #3985

Description

I have lost the ability to see my hands in first person mode. I have tried to adjust the "First Person Mode Hand Position" setting and my POV. I normally play with a lot of mods, but I even tried disabling all mods and loading up a brand new world and it was the same.

This is only with First Person Mode Hands I can use the Immersive First Person option and it works just fine. (included pictures from brand new vanilla world)
