When a cube has its Y axis set to 90, -90 or 270 (by typing manually) the X axis does not rotate correctly. Any value in X will rotate the cube on the Z axis instead. Values in the Z axis will rotate the cube as expected. There are no similar issues when X or Z are set to 90, this only happens when Y is set to 90/-90/270. This does not happen when Y is set to 45, 0, 180, 30, or 22.5. Changing the origin in various ways does not seem to impact this issue.
Steps to recreate:
Make a cube
Set Y rotation to 90
Rotate X and observe that the cube is rotating on Z instead
