This PR implements model rotation in 90 degree steps. It doesn't use the rotation values to do this, instead, it actually modifies the geometry of the model, swaps the models faces, and modifies all animation keyframes to fit the new rotation.
The feature can be selected in the tools menu whenever an element is selected:
