Fix scaling issues on systems with > 1 UI scaling.

Tested on Win7 64bit, Java 1.8 and 11 (Java 1.8 behavior is unchanged, UI is still tiny on large resolutions).

Still needs to be verified on other platforms to see if it also works, and ensure a non-breaking change.
