That is truly strange. Does this happen consistently with certain images? How
about after you clear the SLIR cache (so that way it is the same image with the
same set of parameters)? What parameters are you passing to SLIR (the part
after the SLIR URL and before the image URL, e.g. w100-c1:1)?
It would be helpful to have a link to a page where this happens as well as a
couple of the source images that it is happening on. My best guess at this
point is that there may be something weird with some of your source images that
is causing this problem.
Also, just to be clear, is the server where this is happening running Windows 7?

Oh, right. Actually we're on Dreamhost and they have "Debian Linux". For
parameters, just w180.
Clearing the cache only solves things temporarily until it happens again on
another batch of images. Loading the thumbs by themselves makes them load
properly, oddly enough. All images are just normal JPGs saved in PS CS5, so I'm
not sure how anything could be wrong.
A page where it happens:
http://hellolace.net/wardrobe/baby-the-stars-shine-bright/type/skirt/year/2009/d
-200.
And it'd affect this image for example:
http://hellolace.net/slir/w180/wardrobe/baby/2009/skirt/baby_skirt_jeweltree.jpg
.
An an example in case it shows up fine for you:

Yes, all of the images appeared just fine for me. I tried browsing around your
site randomly and I was unable to produce the same thing your screenshot shows.
This makes me think that there is something odd happening in your browser.
What browser are you using? What extensions do you have installed?

I use Google Chrome 8.0.552.224. For extensions... Better Pop Up Blocker and
Currency Converter. I don't think those are causing any issues though, since
it's happened before I installed them.
I THINK the thumbnails renders fine in Firefox (hard to tell, as random as this
issue is). So it's possible it's just a weird issue with Chrome.

I'm using the same version of Chrome as you are.
Next time you come across this, can you clear your browser cache and do a hard
reload of the page? If that clears up the images, it is most likely just a
weird glitch in your browser. Please let me know how that turns out.

Hi,
I guess it's probably a browser glitch. I cleared my cache twice and now I
haven't seen it for a day. I recall doing the same before, and eventually it
returned though. How strange.
