slir loads about 30% of images on page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading the page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the images. It loads about 30% of the images, and the rest are 
broken. Upon reload, it's seemingly random which images show up and which do 
not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0b4 on a Linux system.

Please provide any additional information below.

It seems to be working fine when I visit that page. Some of your other pages, 
however, seem to have broken images because you aren't telling SLIR what image 
to use. For example, on http://sherwoodsmusic.com/instruments/?i=5454000 the 
error message says that not enough parameters were given. When I visit the 
image that is being used, the URL is http://sherwoodsmusic.com/slir/w440/ which 
does not include the image that you want resized, triggering the error message.
