Intermittent issues with these. Need to extend logging ... They move to posting, with a time set - but the time passes and it doesn't fire. Might need to explore the posting logic to see what it does for things which have passed their posting times when it relaunches; does it ignore them, or does it look to start posting "expired" or past times ?
