@anestisb, After deodexing framework.jar for android 8.1 with vdexExtrator, my phone got bootloop. Can you tell what is/are the common cause?

Most of the time the issues were unrelated to deodexing but rather because of a missing app or configuration. This is outside the scope of this tool.
