Another Game Engine, by now only use SDL2 and its dependent family library but we planning to use other librarys like SFML or allegro5 to create Drawing Context (opengl ,Vulkan or metal).

Extract Sample Project outside of the DOEngine #31
Sample Project Must be compiled at separate of the Main building.
in order to improve and Clarify the project Scope and improve quality it would be good to separate Sample Project and eliminate
from DOEngine library States settle in fact removing the function that create needed installed MUST be delete because every project could behave different at this point. every team must decide how to instantiate their Stuff, the library only provide what is require to develop their feature.
